FIDReC's Adjudicators comprise highly qualified and credible professionals with relevant experience and expertise. All FIDReC Adjudicators have to fulfil stringent criteria before being appointed by the Appointment Committee of the FIDReC Board of Directors.

The Adjudicators are independent and impartial. They are not employees, agents or independent contractors of FIDReC.

FIDReC does not interfere with the decisions of the Adjudicators. The Adjudicators act wholly on their own and adjudicate cases based on the facts of the case, the evidence produced by the parties, and the law.

Among FIDReC's Adjudicators are former judges, lawyers with many years of experience and retired industry professionals.
