Our Opening Hours are:

Mondays to Fridays, 9 am to 6 pm (excluding Public Holidays). Should you require an officer to assist you, please schedule an appointment with us to secure a timeslot for consultation.

*Please do not submit the originals of your documents to FIDReC. You should only provide FIDReC with photocopies of the documents supporting your complaint. FIDReC will not be responsible for the loss of any original documents if you provide such original documents to FIDReC.

**Please note that parking is limited in the vicinity and taking public transport is advised.
