Director
Ms Aurill Kam is a Director at Legal Clinic LLC where she has a practice in civil and commercial litigation.
She previously headed Rajah & Tann’s Banking & Financial Services Litigation Practice and co-founded its Appeals & Issues Practice (1999-2002, 2007-2012). She was also MAS’ first Director of Enforcement and Head, Market & Business Conduct (2002-2007). She later served as Deputy Chief Counsel (Litigation) of AGC’s Civil Division from 2012-2017.
Ms Kam is currently a Commission Member of the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore and Deputy Chairperson of the Income Tax Board of Review. She is also a Civilian Panel Member of the Military Court of Appeal and a Member of the MAS Appeal Advisory Panel. Ms Kam is an Accredited Senior Director (Singapore Institute of Directors).
